BCI committed $3 billion to Brinley’s inaugural fund and to a co-investment program, giving the Firm up to $5 billion of investment capacity (including leverage). Brinley targets senior and junior debt opportunities – including first-lien and unitranche facilities, second-lien and unsecured debt, preferred securities, syndicated bank loans and selectively equity-linked investments – and focuses on providing flexible capital solutions to high-quality borrowers across the core, upper-middle, and large-cap markets.
