Alyssa Roland is a Co-Founder and a Managing Director on the investment team at Brinley. She also serves as Co-Head of the Investment Screening Committee, where she is responsible for the initial review of all investment opportunities presented to the firm. Prior to joining Brinley in 2021, Alyssa was a Director on the Credit Investments team at PSP Investments where she worked with Kerry Dolan for over five years. While at PSP Investments, Alyssa served as a deal team lead and was responsible for sourcing, diligencing, underwriting, structuring, legal negotiations and portfolio monitoring for investments. Alyssa focuses on the technology, financials and business services sectors.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Alyssa held positions on the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets and Financial Sponsors Investment Banking teams at Credit Suisse, where she assisted all phases of leveraged loan and high yield bond financings, from origination to execution, documentation and closing.
Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Sciences from Yale University, where she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Golf Team and she is a CFA charterholder.
